The meeting doesn't have any useful info to be honest. They mention a "Supernavi" that if completed is undeletable, but that's a load of garbage because we're the protagonist all more competent than that and by all I mean Lan and sometimes Chaud but yeah, this dungeon... I had forgotten how much it sucks. More on that later.

Even if the meeting isn't interrupted I doubt we would have gotten more information from the meeting considering how competent (read: useless) the officials are.
But seriously though... now that you mentioned it, who's smart idea is it to link the mechanism of an old castle ruin to the computer? Furthermore, it's not just any control mechanism but control mechanisms of deadly traps that almost killed somebody! Did no one thought of disarming the traps in case a tourist come in and get themselves shot by an arrow, crushed by a roof or even burned alive and then sue the hell out of the caretakers for Occupier's Liability? It's almost as if the person who set up the castle network purposely did it so they can secretly murder someone in there.
